Covid-19: LEVEL UP 2020 postponed to Autumn and doubled up

A summer camp and the developer conference in Autumn confirm LEVEL UP as the leading event in Italy on game development

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Italy as well as the growth of the banning travel to and from Italy and Europe, following all the Government guidelines with responsibility and caution, LEVEL UP Rome Developer Conference postpones to Autumn its third edition, scheduled for 4th to 8th May 2020 at Studios International in Rome.

The situation lived and faced by Italy and the total lockdown of the country led to the decision of postponing the event for the safety and the health of all students, attendees, partners and workers and it is our responsibility to take care of them all.

The LEVEL UP Team is facing this emergency using a well structured smart working, that is helping them rescheduling the event this Autumn. It will be an edition with many news and original projects. The Team is using this time of forced stop as an opportunity to level up the quality of the event and establish collaborations with new partners, who will add more value to the Level Up.

In a very difficult moment for our Country, LEVEL UP does not stop and doubles the event to offer two appointments: a summer camp and the third edition of the developer conference in Autumn.

Meanwhile, Level Up offers the chance to all its followers to watch for free every week on its official YouTube channel, the video interviews with top professional game developers who tell their experiences and give some tips: among them, international stars such as Craig Morrison (Blizzard), Andrea Pessino (Ready at Dawn), Réka Sugar (Electronic Arts), Pawel Rohleder (Techland).
