Art OS from a SMALL vendor perspective

Forge Studios take on OS!

Nowadays, scalability is one of the main concerns in AAA productions, that often ask for external studios support.

In the last years, outsourcing for 3d art has become a common practice in the gaming industry. Scalability and versatility of external teams are essential when managing big productions.

This talk is addressed to Art OS managers and examines the relationship between client and vendor from the point of view of a small team like ours. We will study the different elements that led us to complete successfully important productions, including things that went well and ones that went wrong.
